Working at our Calgary head office, you will join a hardworking, customer-focused, and ridiculously passionate team of Falkers. Job Description: 
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Falker to join our team and to be the face of the company As the "Director of First Impressions”, you will oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and providing unparalleled hospitality to all who walk through Falkbuilt’s doors. You are an extremely organized, adaptable individual that can pivot quickly and effortlessly while simultaneously supporting your team and the company. 

Qualifications: 

Minimum 2 years in a customer service role Experience in hospitality, and/or travel & tourism is considered an asset Must have a valid Alberta driver's license with clean abstract Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe

Characteristics: 

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and adjust to changing priorities Proficient in engaging with clients and guests from diverse backgrounds Confidence to deal with multiple requests and tasks at once Receptive to feedback and has a growth mindset Able to work independently and as part of a team; jump in and "can do" attitude Strong time management skills, prioritization of tasks and deadlines Flexible with hours of work - willingness to work extended hours on occasion 

Responsibilities:  

Project a welcoming presence as the initial point of contact for Falkbuilt visitors Effectively manage multiple calendars and schedules Assist with employee applications Handle and redirect incoming phone calls Assisting in planning and coordinating company functions and events Capable of confidently driving guests when needed 

Working Conditions: 

Full time, in-office role (Calgary, AB) Open, collaborative and fast-paced office environment Must love dogs, they are in the office regularly
