Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Organizational Change Management in multi stakeholder setting.Experience with implementing ADKAR model.Work experience with health stakeholders including but not limited to AHS, AH, AMA and vendors.Experience in writing Privacy Impact Assessment.
