If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you We are currently looking for a Business Centre Clerk to support our client's London, ON offices (working on site). In this role you will work full time hours on a 6 month assignment, and earn a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Supporting internal clients, responsibilities will include providing mail and courier support as well as assist with special client related projects. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills who has a basic understanding of time management

• Work on site in their London ON office (The Successful candidate will rotate between both London Offices - 250 York Street AND 465 Richmond Street)

Responsibilities
• Receive, check and log on the Premier Office all inbound and outbound courier packages
• Input domestic and international couriers using FedEx & DHL system and utilizing Premier Shipping tool.
• Sort & process Canada Post incoming/outgoing mail including Registered mail while utilizing the Pitney Bowes System, and performing general maintenance of the mailing machine
• Sort and distribute daily inbound/outbound interoffice mail including “Staples” orders
• respond to issues and concerns accordingly, precisely, and promptly
• Checking the Business Centre database on a regular basis for client requests
• Log and distribute faxes with the scheduled mail runs
• Provide key operator duties for photocopiers, ensuring paper trays are replenished regularly
• Create, issue and maintain security visitor pass
• Maintain and order standard office supplies
• Liaising with the Business Centre Supervisor/Manager on a regular basis to ensure the customer service objectives are met in-keeping with the visions of Ops.
• Ensure the office is well equipped and any maintenance requirements are reported

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in office services
• High School Diploima required
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Must have
• Experience with Google Suite – Must have
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Detailed-focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Exhibits professionalism.
• Communicates regularly and professionally with internal colleagues
