Your main Challenges

  • Assist internal users with technical questions and troubleshooting.
  • Configure computers for internal use (Corporate laptops and labs).

  • Maintain an inventory of software and hardware.
  • Perform periodic backups and verify their integrity.

 What You Bring with you
  • Over 5 years of experience as an internal technical support.
  • Proficient in networking support.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, etc.).
  • Good experience of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environment.
