We operate a progressive professional physiotherapy practice in beautiful downtown Victoria.

Enjoy working with experienced physiotherapists from our upmarket clinic serving downtown workers and residents.

As well as the locum positions we are looking for a permanent part-time physiotherapist 2 days per week. Potential to increase days. There are potentially 2 positions. One would require an interest in women's health matters - pelvic floor / post-mastectomy / osteoporosis. The other is for a general MSK caseload - but experience with BPPV and IMS would be an asset. Mentorship by an experienced physiotherapist is available.

Established programs to support treatment and help patients move well and stay well (Spinal mobility / Core stability / Hydrotherapy / Active Again gym rehab / Bodyfit / GLAD -Exercise for Arthritis). Gaitscan technology for assessment and prescription of custom orthotics. Jane software with EMR. Systems to communicate treatment plans and follow up outcomes. Home exercise programs the easy way - teach once and press send. Friendly admin and support staff to let you focus on patient care. Direct billing to assist patients. We pay you on fees billed. We have a system to email appointment reminders and to facilitate referrals from loyal patients. Professional marketing to connect you to loyal patients. Mentorship in the business of healthcare from an experienced physiotherapist and MBA graduate with specialization in marketing professional services. Membership to Parkside Resort Pool and Gym – park your bike, swim some laps, grab a coffee @ Cafe Fantastico and you are at work

What you will need:

Current registration with CPTBC. A commitment to professional practice and service. An interest in manual therapy, exercise rehab and patient education. Ability to work well in a small team.

Interested in working your way into partnership or ownership ? - We are looking for a physiotherapist to work 2- 3 days per week and increase days to cover holidays. This is a flexible arrangement with reciprocal coverage for your holidays. A very generous fee split and incentives to progress towards discounted partnership or ownership are available to the right person.
