Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies and goals for the dealership Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting and financial reporting processes Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and vendors Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements Lead the financing process for customers, including securing financing approvals, negotiating terms, and finalizing transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (, CPA, CFA) is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in automotive finance management Must have CDK and Dealertrack experience Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven track record of achieving financial targets Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
