About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our team at BRC Group Calgary. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis functions, providing strategic guidance and direction to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making and drive strategic growth.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
