Assistant Team Leader

We are looking for a talented team member to join us at our high-producing real estate office. We are looking to hire a candidate with customer service and recruiting experience, as well as office management skills and proficiency with technology including systems such as MailChimp, Canva, Gmail and Google Drive, YouTube, Facebook, as well as internal tech systems used by our team and our agents.

If you are a highly driven, goal-oriented achiever who is looking for an opportunity to grow, create your own vision and work with a team of highly experienced realtors and managers then we encourage you to apply for this role. Any understanding of the real estate industry will be an asset.

Compensation:

$40,000+

Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Customer Service
  • Lead Generation and Conversion
  • Managing Agent Communications
  • Utilizing KW Tech Systems within Leadership Team
  • Teaching and Training KW Tech Systems to Agents
  • Updating Office Social Media Accounts
  • Supporting Multiple Managers
Qualifications:

  • Real Estate industry experience would be an asset
  • Knowledge of technology (Gmail, Google Drive, YouTube, Excel, KW Command, Canva) and social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals
  • Desire to excel and grow into opportunities
  • High-level people skills
  • Customer service experience 2 years+
  • Lead generation or conversion experience
