Business Development Team Leader

**Responsibilities of the **Business Development Team Lead **role include**:

- Work hand in hand with the Business Development Manager
- The daily functions of all Business Development Associates (BDA)
- Assigning tasks to the BDA
- Receiving and confirming all online appointments for the various dealerships under the NewRoads umbrella
- Verifying all daily booked appointments of new hires for training purposes
- Monitoring the direct campaigns for our Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC location
- Monitoring daily tasks
- Walking the floor/on-spot coaching and answering agent daily questions
- Updating department schedules and calendars
- Assisting with the implementation of training and the addition of new software
- Training new hires
- Maintaining, building and modifying the online information source for agents (The IC)
- Adding new campaigns to BDC Central as needed by dealerships
- Monitoring the agent activity progress throughout the day
- Setting up workspace computers and preparation of workstations for new hires
- Updating /organizing cheat sheets for department agents and Managers (recall, tire storage with opcodes etc.)
- Organizing and assigning lists to appropriate team/agents

**Hours**:
The hours fall between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

**What You Offer**:

- Hospitality background is considered an asset
- Exceptionally strong, customer-focused communication skills
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- A minimum of 2 years of direct coaching and motivating of teams
- A detail-oriented, thorough, and organized work approach
- Ability to work both alongside team associates as well as individually
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Problem-solving skills with customers; seeking mutual resolution
- Multitasking skills
