The ideal candidate will have experience managing processes of creation, maintenance, and implementation of articles in a Marketplace, responsible for organizing and systematically managing digital content (photos, categorization, descriptions) for all categories.
The Catalog Analyst, will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the product catalog exposed in the Marketplace and business lines: Create, update, and manage images. Standards must be met concerning resolution, size, and quantity of Images.
- Coordinate with partners and the content displayed (Description and detail) to ensure that the information is accurate, attractive, the classification is correct, and that it is properly nested in the category tree.
- Work hand in hand with the SEO team to develop activities that allow effective product positioning through the implementation of keywords and images.
- Initiate and drive decisions and improvements based on data. [Locations, Content, etc.]
- Collect feedback from the sales force, analyze the causes of returns to ensure that names and descriptions do not have negative impacts on the level of service.
- Develop activities and strategies aimed at making visible, communicating, and positioning the B2B portfolio in the marketplace.
- Perform market and competitor benchmarking, so that they can implement and suggest tools to improve the customer purchasing experience on the marketplace.
The Catalog Analyst, must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- University degree or recent graduate in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields, no preferences.
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing Marketplace catalogs, product catalog management, category management, systematically managing content (photos, categorization, descriptions) for all categories.
- Experience coordinating with partners the content to be described and detailed in the Marketplace.
- Experience optimizing communication and presentation of products displayed in the marketplace.
- Proactivity and creativity to develop activities that allow effective product positioning through the implementation of keywords and images.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced level with Excel.
- Analytical profile, data management
- Experience with Data analysis, achievement orientation, investigator
