About the Role

Fullscript is a leading healthcare technology company that enables health practitioners to deliver personalized care to their patients. We are seeking an experienced Financial Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of making optimal care easy for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to ensure accurate predictions and planning.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis and market trends.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key financial and business metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data-driven decision making.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business initiatives and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL (Snowflake), and database design.
  • Ability to produce datasets and analyses in Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn, etc.).
  • Experience creating datasets and visualizations using a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, Looker, Sigma Compute, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
