Office Clerk job opening in Aurora, ON

Adecco Professional is looking for an Office Clerk to join one of our clients in the non-profit industry in Aurora, ON. We are looking for a hard working and detailed individual to represent Adecco Professional in this newly created opportunity as a full-time, temporary Office Clerk supporting the site. You will be working on an extensive, large electronic filing project as they convert from paper to systems. Note this is an onsite opportunity that will have you working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. The responsibilities of the Office Clerk job opening in Aurora, ON may include, but are not limited to:
  • Screening and sorting through paperwork to uncover specific items, looking for duplicates etc.
  • Extensive scanning of various documents including confidential materials and creating electronic folders to host/organize them
  • Shredding of completed materials and duplicates
  • Ensuring all items are scanned clearly, accurately and properly labelled/saved for quick electronic retrieval in the future
  • Other clerical support where required.

Required experience of the Office Clerk job opening in Aurora, ON can include:
  • Ideally you will have worked in a scanning, file clerk or related role in the past.
  • Strengths with technology, scanners and file allocations, set ups etc.
  • Highly detailed and accurate to ensure nothing is missed and clearly defined and filed.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Confident ability to shred completed documents and work in a repetitive role.
