Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design new products or improve existing ones. Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project specifications. Utilize engineering knowledge to provide technical guidance and solutions. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with engineering projects. Create Prototype to test and validate design concepts. Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product performance and reliability. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment Collaborate with other departments to meet overall organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that engineering projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project and Engineering protocols documentation. Use engineering principles and Solid Works software tools for product design.

Requirements

Tayco is seeking passionate candidates who possess the following experience and competencies:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in an engineering role. Proficiency in CAD Software (preferably Solid Works) and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exposure to manufacturing environment and full knowledge of manufacturability, process improvement, and quality issues. Knowledge of product test methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated organizational skills. Strong leadership abilities. Project management experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are advantageous.
