UX Designer-Expert

As the UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their suite of products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of their customers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Challenge conventional thinking through critical, analytical, and creative approaches.
- Create relevant design artifacts across the spectrum of fidelity levels, from low to high.
- Partner with the UX Research team to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points.
- Present design work with clarity, ensuring alignment with experience objectives and outcomes.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate discovery, ideation, and co-creation workshops to drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
- Take accountability for the design process, leading efforts independently or in collaboration with other designers.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development partners to prioritize user-centered design decisions.
- Engage with UX Design leadership, stakeholders, and business leaders to drive design efforts towards achieving desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of designing successful digital products.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Degree or Diploma in UX Design
