  • Develop frameworks, product prioritization, models, etc. to drive strategic consideration of the desired customer experience
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to plan stages of digital feature implementation in the roadmap/release cycles
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies related to activities in the business area
  • Exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and confidentiality
  • Expert level professional role requiring deep knowledge in own domain and working knowledge of related areas
  • Integrate the broader organizational context into solutions
  • Understand the industry, competition, and factors that differentiate the organization
  • Participate fully as a team member; support a positive work environment promoting service, quality, innovation, and teamwork
  • Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge; participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and developments; grow knowledge of the business, tools, and techniques

Mandatory Skills:

  • UX Designer experience
  • Digital design, interaction, or visual design experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of relevant software and tools including Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in working multi-functionally, providing mentorship, and ensuring good relations across teams
  • Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Mortgage Banking experience
