Nous sommes à la recherche d'un analyste senior en analyse des ressources humaines pour nous aider à développer notre fonction d'analyse des ressources humaines. Dans ce rôle, vous serez un membre clé de l'équipe de stratégie des ressources humaines en automatisant toutes les technologies des ressources humaines et en mettant en place un tableau de bord stratégique des ressources humaines pour s'assurer que l'ensemble de l'équipe des ressources humaines et l'entreprise ont accès à des mesures et à des informations critiques pour prendre des décisions éclairées concernant les actifs les plus précieux de Sonder, nos EMPLOYÉS  

Le Senior Analyst of People Analytics sera directement rattaché au Senior Director of People Strategy and Total Rewards et travaillera de manière transversale avec l'équipe de direction People (et avec les dirigeants d'autres organisations) afin de centraliser toutes les données et analyses relatives aux personnes au sein d'un centre d'excellence. 

L'opportunité :

Mettre en place et centraliser toutes les données sur les employés en tant qu'acteur clé du département People Analytics.

Automatiser les données et les rapports dans tous les systèmes et plateformes de gestion des ressources humaines.

Lancer et gérer un tableau de bord stratégique avec des informations essentielles pour l'entreprise et l'équipe de direction.

Créer la stratégie d'analyse des ressources humaines de Sonder et l'approche à adopter pour l'avenir.

Créer et gérer des tableaux de bord sur les ressources humaines qui sont présentés à l'équipe de direction et au conseil d'administration.

Travailler sur des projets d'analyse du personnel liés à la stratégie globale du personnel (par exemple, des projets liés à la rémunération).

Ce que nous recherchons :

Licence en finance, économie, ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe et plus de 4 ans d'expérience.

Plus de 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le traitement des données RH et la rationalisation/automatisation des processus analytiques, y compris la création de bases de données.

Plus de 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans l'élaboration de tableaux de bord sur les effectifs à l'aide d'outils de visualisation, par exemple MS Office, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

3+ années d'expérience professionnelle dans la formulation de stratégies de planification des effectifs à l'aide de données issues de l'analyse

3+ ans d'expérience dans la présentation des résultats d'analyse aux parties prenantes de différentes unités d'affaires.

Compétences et exigences souhaitées :

Connaissance des langages de programmation, par exemple SQL, Python, Alteryx, R, SAS, etc.

Connaissance des fonctionnalités de Workday HCM.

Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite ; vous êtes capable de communiquer efficacement l'état d'avancement, les problèmes et les risques à l'ensemble de l'équipe.

Maîtrise de Google sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word et PowerPoint.

Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de relations interpersonnelles interfonctionnelles.

Forte volonté d'apprendre et de s'améliorer en permanence.

Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à établir des priorités entre plusieurs projets.

Un grand souci du détail.

Une expérience dans le secteur des technologies est fortement souhaitée.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst of People Analytics to help build our people analytics function. In this role, you’ll function as a key member of the People Strategy team automating all people technologies and standing up a strategic People dashboard to ensure that the entire People team and the business has access to critical metrics and insights to make informed decisions regarding Sonder’s most valued assets, our EMPLOYEES

The Senior Analyst of People Analytics will report directly to the Senior Director of People Strategy and Total Rewards and work cross-functionally with the People leadership team (and with leaders across other orgs) to centralize all people data and analysis into one center of excellence. 

The Opportunity:

Standup and centralize all employee data as a key player of the People Analytics department

Automate data and reporting throughout all People systems and platforms

Launch and manage a strategic People dashboard with critical insights for the business and People leadership team

Create Sonder’s People analytics strategy and go-forward approach

Create and manage People dashboards that are presented to SLT and our Board of directors

Work on people analytics projects that are tied to the overall people strategy (e.g., Compensation related projects)

Who we Look For:

BA in Finance, Economics, Human Resources or related field and 4+ years of experience

3+ years of professional experience in working with HR data process and streamlining/automating analytics process, including database building

3+ years of professional experience in building Workforce Dashboard using visualization tools, e.g. MS Office, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

3+ years of professional experience in formulating workforce planning strategies using evidence derived from analytics

3+ years of experience presenting analytics findings to stakeholders from various business units.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. SQL, Python, Alteryx, R, SAS, etc.

Knowledge or Workday HCM functionality.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with the team.

Proficient in Google sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Excellent customer service and cross-functional interpersonal skills.

Strong desire to learn and continuously improve.

Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple projects

High attention to detail

Technology sector experience strongly preferred
