We're seeking an highly driven Organizational Development and Transformation Project Analyst to work with the Human Resources team. In your role, you will partner with key stakeholders and peers to support and engage with our powerful networks of people, opportunities, and investments. ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs OD and Transformation Project Senior Analyst, Human Resources, you'll: Work closely with the Human Resources team and other stakeholders in preparing research and benchmarks, workshop analysis and presentations to support on strategic initiatives related to Organization Development and Effectiveness, People data and analytics and Future of work transformation projects Support in managing strategic HR projects though active planning, follow up and reporting Lead projects and initiatives related to preparation of HR data, analytics, report design & creation, dashboards, data consolidation and reporting. Deliver on quarterly people analytic report presentations and coordinate the consolidation and reporting of workforce metrics for CEO report and respond to related queries Act as a project coordinator in the organization of large-scale projects meetings and workshops, offsites or events, as well as handling agendas and logistics as needed Document definitions for data domains, run analyses on discrepancies and map workflows and agile processes for owners Provide relational data models and build dashboard reports in select platform (Workday, Power BI, etc.) In collaboration with the HRIS and Technology & Digital strategy teams, coordinate deployment of new HR digital solutions to provide higher value to our businesses and HR Ensure follow up on project plans and governance by updating stakeholder agendas setting meetings and bookings in calendars WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As the OD and Transformation Project Analyst, Human Resources Coordinator, you: Thrive in a fast-pace environment Exceptional analytical and technical skills Have a sound judgement and are very discreet Are detail-oriented and believe that anything worth doing is worth doing right Have strong interpersonal skills manifesting in the capacity to build solid relationships with internal and external partners. Highly organized and able to prioritize conflicting needs, handling matters expeditiously and proactively, and following-through on matters to successful completion, often within tight deadlines. Are autonomous, creative, curious, proactive, accountable and solution-oriented. Are an effective communicator WHAT YOU'LL NEED Diploma in a quantitative field or study, or equivalent experience Certification or experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a dynamic and complex organization Experience in a consultancy firm (preferable in strategy/management consulting) Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc. Knowledge of data ETL, data modeling, statistical analysis and predictive modeling Proven project management skills Experience with organizational development projects Expert level in PowerPoint, with ability to quickly format synthesize, and consolidate information for Executive presentations Thorough knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and the interest and capacity to adapt to new technologies and tools Bilingualism: English and French We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
