This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.


Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

-Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

-Conduct initial technical screening interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

-Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

-Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to effectively advise hiring managers and negotiate offers.

-Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

-Promote the company’s employer brand and reputation as a great place to work in the IT community.

-Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.



-Must have 2+ years experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role within the technology sector.

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

-Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

-Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

-High level of professionalism and integrity.
