A day in the life of aBaker:

Assistingwith the creation of bread, dough, and certain breakfast items Assistingwith dessert buffet items and plated desserts Continualresearch, testing, and development of new recipes Produce andmaintain consistent standards of food quality Workaccording to safe food handling procedures Support thePastry team, execute recipes consistently Communicateall problems and / or ideas to your supervisor Perform avariety of other duties as needed Perform allduties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner within companypolicies.

Qualificationsand Requirements:

University or CollegeDiploma in a Culinary field preferred.​ Certified Chefdesignation preferred. Food Safe Certificationand WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) required. Two to three years' experience in a similarposition. Must be able to frequently bend and kneel,lift moderate weight, and work on feet for an extended period. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently and as part ofa team. Be willing to work a variety of day andweekend shifts. Attributes include an energetic personality,punctuality, and good grooming standards. 

Compensation:

$23 per hour, plus auto gratuities, season completion bonus $1 per hour
