Position: Box Office Representative (4 positions)
Department: Sales Department
Pay Rate: $20.32 per hour
Required: Immediately – Full time 35 hours per week and Part time 15-25 hours per week.
Job Description
The Box Office is currently looking to fill the position of Box Office Representative. The prospective candidates must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. The successful candidates will be reliable, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work and problem solve independently, and work within the departmental values of communication, respect, adaptability, and unity.
Duties Include
Providing a service standard that is professional, friendly, informative, accessible and hassle-free.Answering and processing ticket orders via phone, in-person, and mail.Assisting fellow employees or patrons with any questions or concerns.Consistently participating in sales activities including the add-on and incentive programs that ensure The Shaw meets its ticketing, ancillary and Membership goals.Assisting patrons to ensure a win-win situation.Assisting with outbound sales, marketing, and informational calls to patrons.Assisting with the daily operations of the Box Office and additional duties as assigned.Please Note: All new hires must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status plus booster shot prior to start date.
