Purpose of the position

We are looking for a person responsible for our maintenance department. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Manage requisitions Inspect buildings and coordinate interviews according to established standards Plan, organize and manage maintenance work including that of subcontractors Attend committee meetings Perform staff assessment Provide a high level of customer service
