Responsable de l’installation et du retrait des distributrices à café et à boissons, de l’entretien préventif, de la commande de pièces et des réparations auprès d’une clientèle désignée.Responsable de superviser l’équipe de techniciens de service et les partenaires de service (PS).Description de poste
Superviser et gérer quotidiennement le flux de travail et la charge de travail des techniciens internes et des PS dans les délais prévus, de l’acceptation des appels à l’exécution des visites de service au sein de la zone géographique.Assurer le soutien des systèmes et approuver les demandes de remplacement de l’équipement.Surveiller le rendement de son équipe et produire des rapports sur les indicateurs de rendement clés.Maintenir et superviser les stocks de pièces de rechange, en suivant les lignes directrices de l’entreprise en matière de réapprovisionnement.Entretenir le véhicule d’entreprise de manière sécuritaire et appropriée. Respecter les règles du Code de la route.Gérer l’utilisation des pièces en consignation pour les techniciens internes et les PS.Déléguer les tâches et fixer les délais.Veiller à ce que les activités de service soient exécutées conformément à toutes les procédures opérationnelles normalisées et à toutes les politiques et procédures en vigueur.Effectuer les tâches de dépannage (à distance ou sur place), assurer la formation des techniciens internes ou des PS, effectuer la réparation et l’entretien préventif de l’équipement sur place, configurer les distributrices à café et à boissons au moyen d’un ordinateur.Effectuer des activités de service prévues et imprévues (y compris le service sur place), participer aux salons de l’alimentation, et procéder à l’installation et au retrait de l’équipement.Établir les horaires de travail sur appel en rotation, pour soi-même et son équipe de techniciens, afin d’assurer aux clients un service après les heures de travail et pendant les fins de semaine et les fins de semaine fériées. La fréquence du travail sur appel sera déterminée en fonction du nombre de techniciens travaillant dans une zone géographique donnée. Un technicien sur appel doit porter sur lui un dispositif de communication fourni par l’entreprise et être accessible en tout temps pendant cette période.Se rendre à l’établissement des clients, développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients, être capable d’interagir avec les clients et le personnel, offrir une assistance et une formation au besoin, veiller à ce que l’entreprise soit toujours représentée de manière positive et professionnelle.Créer un milieu de travail stimulant et collaboratif au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles, en encourageant une communication ouverte fondée sur les valeurs fondamentales de Smucker.Exigences et compétences
Doit détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires.Doit posséder d’excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, ainsi que des compétences en leadership.Doit avoir des aptitudes à la prise de décisions.Doit avoir de bonnes connaissances en informatique et de Microsoft Windows.Doit détenir un permis de conduire valide et avoir un dossier de conduite exemplaire.Doit posséder 3 ans d’expérience technique :Expérience en électricité et/ou en plomberie de préférence, en réparation d’appareils électroménagers ou en réfrigération.Doit être en bonne forme physique et capable de s’accroupir et de soulever et de porter jusqu’à 100 lb (45 kg).Doit accepter de se soumettre à une vérification des antécédents judiciaires.Doit être prêt(e) et apte à travailler sur appel en rotation, à participer aux salons de l’alimentation selon le calendrier prévu et à faire des heures supplémentaires au besoin.Doit être capable de se motiver soi-même, d’établir des priorités et de prendre des décisions liées à l’emploi.Doit être capable de travailler de manière indépendante avec un minimum de supervision directe.Doit être capable de voyager jusqu’à 10 % du temps.Doit être désireux(se) d’apprendre et d’assumer de nouvelles tâches et responsabilités.Smucker Foods of Canada Corp. valorise la diversité en milieu de travail. . Position Summary:
Responsible for performing equipment installations and movements, preventative maintenance, parts ordering, service repairs work on coffee/beverage dispensing equipment for a designated customer baseSupervise Service Technician team and Service Partners (SP)Essential Job Functions Summary:
Responsible for supervising, managing technician and SP workload and Workflow , timely from acceptance to completion of dispatched calls on a daily basis within geographical area.System support & approving equipment replacement Performance, and report on KPI metrics.Maintain and control spare parts inventory, following company guidelines for reorderingMaintain company vehicle in safe and appropriate manner. Follow rules and regulations in highway Safety Code. Responsible for consignment parts for internal techs and SPDelegate tasks and set deadline.Ensure that performance of service activities meets all Standard Operating Procedures and are executed in compliance with all published policies and processes.Perform troubleshooting (remote or onsite),training internal tech or SP, repair, programming with a computer and preventive maintenance on Coffee/beverage equipment in the fieldPerform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including service calls, Food shows events, installations, and removals.Required to schedule and participate in ‘’On Call’’ service rotation with other Service Technicians, providing after hours and weekend/long weekend service to customers. ‘’On call’’ service rotation frequency will be determined with the number of technicians working for the region and technician is expected to carry company issued communication device and be accessible during this time.Travel to customer site, develop and maintain good customer relations, capable of interacting with customers and staff, offering assistance and training where needed, ensuring the company is always represented in a positive and professional manner.Create an inspiring team environment with cross functional teams and with an open communication base on the Smucker basic beliefsQualifications:
