Embark on the next step in your career journey with Direct Travel
As a key member of the Brantford team the Leisure Travel Advisor will be responsible for the successful completion of leisure travel arrangements for Vision Travel clients. This role will work closely with Leisure Travel team members and report to the Branch Manager.
Expedition Expectations
Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events and personal networking Sell Vision Travel strategic supplier products Plan itineraries, book tickets, and arrange travel accommodations and services Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems Provide excellent customer services to internal and external clients Continued education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the positionPassport to Success
Minimum of two (2) years of travel agency experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Demonstrated professional customer service skills Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources Proven pursuit of learning and self-development Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity Working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility Effective oral and written communications skills Exceptional organizational skills that lead to productiveness Must be able to lawfully work in CanadaBenefits Onboard
