Additionally you will be responsible to oversee and lead our day to day operations of our clinical practices within the BC Region.

Manage deployment of our people and resources including budgets, facilities and inventory;  Develop strategic business planning to help shape our future; Lead change initiatives and develop and implement clinic performance improvement plans; Lead the training and professional development and recruitment for our veterinary teams and staff; Develop, maintain and promote adherence to hospital policies and protocols;  Track Monitor and evaluate overall key hospital performance metrics; Manage scheduling of doctors and staff; Managing inventory to ensure appropriate stocking and pricing.

You are an essential part of the clinical leadership team and an advocate for the patient, employee and customer experience every day. You take initiative and have a reputation for getting things done. You go the extra mile to deliver your promise:

You will lead with empathy and true heart leadership.  University degree in a relevant field (management, medicine, science etc.). Previous experience in a managerial role with a team of at least 10 to 20 people. Previous experience in veterinary medicine or a health care field (dental, , human medicine) is an asset.  Previous experience managing multiple locations within the service industry Willingness to regularly commute to different locations Veterinarians seeking to transition from medicine to management are strongly encouraged to apply
