Product Engineer

As a member of the Seat Climate Engineering team, the Product Engineer will be responsible for:
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Supports completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Utilizes knowledge of engineering theory, material science, manufacturing processes, to design products to meet manufacturing plant capabilities and customer specifications. Applies root cause analysis strategies to systematically solve product related issues.Advantages of working at Lear in the Thermal Comfort Solutions group:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent discipline) Proficient verbal and written communications skills An ability to collaborate well in a team environment Co-op, internship, or equivalent work experience Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software Ability to travel as neededBonus If You Have:
