Job Description
As support staff off the gaming floor, you will be the person providing the last line of defense to our casino guests, staff, and the facility, along with its assets. You are reliable, diligent, and have a high level of integrity; you are self-motivated and contribute positively to a team environment; you are meticulous in all areas of your duties and work well with computers; you are confident with your judgment and can convey your findings in writing. Location
Prince George is often called the province’s “Northern Capital” of British Columbia. Being geographically located right in the middle of the province, the city serves as the main service corridor to the North Coast Region to the west, the Northeast Region to the north, and the Robson Valley to the East. Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable casino environment by providing the following; Observe and Report - Monitoring of surveillance cameras. Help resolve customer/ staff complaints while ensuring positive recovery procedures. Maintain the integrity of the games by conducting compliance reviews. Maintain a reporting/ documenting system that is timely and accurate. Escalate to the supervisor any signs of criminal events observed. Assist the department heads in gathering all information needed to assist with any request from our regulators, police, and compliance. Maintain required daily logs, incident reports, and compliance reviews as required. Provide assistance to other operators whenever the need arises. Duties and responsibilities may require the installation of surveillance cameras and access control.Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities
Maintain the highest level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. Proven to be detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities. Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, pay great attention to detail and be well organized. Outstanding customer service skills, including demonstrated ability to be friendly, efficient, polite, and patient. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to focus on a computer screen for a long period of time. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.Our Benefits

Experience, Training, Certification, and Education
