Our Toronto client is a successful accounting firm that supports high profile families across Canada and they are actively seeking a new Administrative Associate to join their team
This position features:

Salary: $60,000 + bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm – 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Duties:
•This role is supporting and reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO
•Greeting clients as they come off the elevator
•Scheduling travel with travel agent, calendar management, data entry, working in CRM
•Event planning
•Set up meeting rooms (put out breakfast, lunch, tidy rooms, etc.)
•Dealing with vendors (ie. Shredding company)
•Overseeing interns in the intern program
•Office Manager relief (would be required to work 5 days in office during this time)
•Cover reception
•Tidy meeting rooms
•Receive grocery orders and stock the kitchen (kitchen duties are shared by everyone)
•Client utilize any skills that the candidate has (ie. Graphic Design, HR, etc)
Requirements:
•Min 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
•Strong MS Office Skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and intermediate excel (need to know basic formulas and how to create tables)
•Any CRM experience
•Client service experience
•Must have strong communications skills (written and verbal)
•Must be tech savvy
•College diploma in Business Admin is an asset
•Salesforce experience is an asset
