Job Description:

Unsere SAP-Berater arbeiten in nationalen und internationalen Projekten. Sie analysieren Probleme und finden Lösungen in bestehenden SAP-Landschaften unserer Kunden. Sie verbessern SAP-Systeme durch die Implementierung neuer Funktionalitäten und Prozesse und implementieren neue Technologien und Lösungen im Umfeld von SAP HCM.

Standorte : Primär Rhein-Main Gebiet oder Böblingen; denkbar wären auch andere Standorte in Deutschland.

Ihre Aufgaben als SAP HCM-Berater:

Sie beraten unsere Kunden schwerpunktmässig im Themenumfeld SAP HCM-Payroll (PY-DE) und Zeitwirtschaft (PT). aber auch Personaladministration (PA), Organisations-Management (OM), ESS/MSS sowie in angrenzenden Themenbereichen

Sie führen Kundenworkshops und Anforderungsanalysen durch und erstellen Blueprints zu den Themenbereichen

Implementierung und Erweiterung von SAP-HCM-Lösungen sowie deren Optimierungen und Harmonisierungen

Integration von bestehenden HCM-Systemen sowie deren Carve-Out

Migration von bestehenden HCM-Systemen in die S/4HANA-Welt

Erstellung von Spezifikationen für Schnittstellen

Sie erstellen Aufwandsschätzungen und Angebote im genannten Umfeld und unterstützen bei PreSalesAktivitäten (z.B. Kundenveranstaltungen und Kundenpräsentationen)

Sie setzen die Konzepte um und verantworten die Implementierung sowie deren Produktivsetzung

Sie übernehmen (Teil-)Projektleitung und Beratungsaufgaben von der Planung bis hin zur Produktivsetzung und der Übergabe in den Support


Ihr Profil:

Grundlegend fachlich

Sehr gutes fachliches Verständnis von personalwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen mit den Schwerpunkten Gehaltsabrechnung und Zeitauswertung Deutschland

Sehr gute Implementierungskenntnisse im Abrechnungs- und Zeitwirtschaftsumfeld (einschl. Schemen und Zyklen)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung, Konzeption, Design, Umsetzung und dem Support von SAP HCM Lösungen

Erfahrung in Carve-Out- und Migrationsprojekten, möglichst im internationalen Umfeld

Praxiserfahrung im Bereich der Migration von klassischen SAP-HCM-Lösungen in die neue SAP-Welt (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors).

Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen ESS/ MSS und Eigenentwicklungen.


Spezifisch fachlich

Expertenwissen im Bereich Personalabrechnung (Deutschland) und Zeitwirtschaft sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei weiteren Sachgebieten:

Personaladministration, Organisationsmanagement

Bescheinigungswesen, Statistiken, gesetzliche Folgeauswertungen, B2A-Kommunikation

ESS / MSS Lösungen

Berechtigungen

ABAP-Development / Schnittstellen, spezielle HCM-Spezifika

Migration auf S/4HANA

Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Beratung, der Implementierung und der Anwendungsbetreuung von komplexen HCM Lösungen

Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch- verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
