If you're ready for a new challenge, Crestline is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to add to our Canadian Ambulance teamThe Regional Sales Coordinator is a liaison between the Ambulance Sales team and our Production team as it relates to the complete sales quote documentation process from contract stage through to delivery of the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Regional Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

Primary contact within organization for the RMS’s for communication on product options, content, quotes, order and build status updatesProcess quotes interacting with various RSM’s, and internal departments (Eng, Prod, SCM) on design specifications and pricingHost, attend, and keep record of actions and outcomes of internal Bid/No Bid meetings with internal departments (Eng, Prod, and SCM)Assemble and administer written technical specifications to support and develop a knowledge database for professional bid packagesWork with the RSM’s, Bid Support, and internal departments to gather, review, and announce all relevant vehicle order informationAssist the team with special order items by providing detailed information on our customers’ needs and expectations to all departments within the companyCoordinate with RSM the Bid/RFP and order submissions for accuracy and supporting documentationProvide support, guidance, and submission, within the quoting process for a quick turn around and accurate quotes, update & maintain CPQ database’s for accuracy and market demandsSecure documentation related to the vehicles before completion, review and complete invoicing and delivery documentation

As the Regional Sales Coordinator, you will bring:
