Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a **Regional Sales Coordinator **to add to our Bus Division team in **Saskatoon. **The Regional Sales Coordinator is a liaison between the Bus Sales team and our Production team as it relates to the complete sales quote documentation process from contract stage through to delivery of the vehicle.

**Key activities of this role include**:
**Sales Administration**
- Contribute to the Sales Admin process with vehicle invoicing, vehicle delivery documents and related activities
- Work with Accounting to ensure processing of all deposit and vehicle delivery invoices for new buses
- Attend daily planning/production meetings and communicate relevant information back to the sales team
- Work with the Salesperson, Bid Support, and Bus suppliers to gather, review and announce all relevant vehicle order information internally and externally

**Quotes/Order Confirmation**
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of quotes, pricing updates, order confirmations, and delivery updates in our reporting tool for Sales
- Assist the team with special order items by providing detailed information on our customers needs and expectations to all departments in the company
- Setup a purchase order and order the vehicle with the specific manufacturer
- Provide quotes for new vehicle sales
- Act in an inside sales role with respect to vehicle leads from the website, and stock or used vehicles

**Database Integrity**
- Manage information integrity by updating and maintaining information in our databases, spreadsheets, quote reports invoice reports and other tools as developed
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Inside sales experience in a business to business environment is an asset
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support role is an asset
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings, technical work instructions and Bill of Materials
