Responsibilities
-A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years in a customer-focused or operational role, ideally within the credit or financial services industry.
-Act as a data expert for reporting to my client, offering support to customers, sales teams, and other internal departments.
-Exceptional skills in customer relationship management with a strong service-oriented mindset.
-Solid knowledge of operations, with previous experience in banking, retail credit, or consumer credit reporting industries considered a plus.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage numerous projects, both large and small, at the same time.
-Competence in maintaining regulatory standards in a complex environment, with a clear understanding of credit reporting laws and compliance requirements.
-Self-driven, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
-Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Familiarity with credit reporting is highly beneficial.
-Proficient in technical and reporting skills.
Qualifications
-Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Metro 2® credit reporting.
-High level of computer literacy and excellent analytical skills.
-Experience working in a heavily regulated environment.
