My client is looking for an expert in furnishing data and to provide support to their internal team. We are looking for candidates to come from Cerdit or financial industry, who has performed operational and client facing roles.The ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of large and small projects simultaneously will be key to this opportunity.

Responsibilities
-A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years in a customer-focused or operational role, ideally within the credit or financial services industry.
-Act as a data expert for reporting to my client, offering support to customers, sales teams, and other internal departments.
-Exceptional skills in customer relationship management with a strong service-oriented mindset.
-Solid knowledge of operations, with previous experience in banking, retail credit, or consumer credit reporting industries considered a plus.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage numerous projects, both large and small, at the same time.
-Competence in maintaining regulatory standards in a complex environment, with a clear understanding of credit reporting laws and compliance requirements.
-Self-driven, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
-Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Familiarity with credit reporting is highly beneficial.
-Proficient in technical and reporting skills.

Qualifications
-Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Metro 2® credit reporting.
-High level of computer literacy and excellent analytical skills.
-Experience working in a heavily regulated environment.
