The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Canada will lead the talent acquisition function for Bunzl Canada and will partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement best-in-class strategies in talent acquisition. The individual will design and implement recruiting programs and strategic initiatives to attract top talent in Canada and will position the company as an employer of choice in the market, ultimately attracting top-tier talent. The Manager, TA Canada will also lead, coach and mentor a team of talented TA Specialists for Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies in partnership with the Director, Human Resources Canada and Segment/Division leadership.
- Coach, mentor, develop and lead the Talent Acquisition team of Specialists to develop talent attraction as a strategic function for Canada.
- Develop strategies aligned with promoting more diverse talent pools within Bunzl Canada and tapping on local and community partnerships.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance recruitment performance and create and streamline processes.
- Leverage technology and tools to optimize talent attraction strategies and the Bunzl Canada employer brand. Research new products and technologies, conduct ongoing analyses of current systems, and implement improvements in recruiting operations as appropriate.
- Represent Bunzl to prospective employees, external agencies, and partners - develop a clear understanding of our business.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with cross-functional internal teams and external customers, employment contacts, and agencies
- Network in and outside of the company to continue to build recruiting and business knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned

**_Requirements_**_:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
- CHRL certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience required.
- Extensive Talent Acquisition strategy experience including significant change management at the leadership level.
- Knowledge of applicable provincial, and local laws and regulations related to employment
- Mastery of full-cycle recruiting with strong decision-making skills.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize work according to business goals.
- Must be flexible in managing constantly changing priorities and dealing comfortably with ambiguity.
- Ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously, establish and meet deadlines, pay attention to details, and execute projects to desired outcomes.
- Must have expert interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, Teams, Forms, etc.
- Periodic multi-night travel is required (
