Relevant du directeur régional de la performance, le spécialiste de soutien est chargé de fournir une assistance technique et de l’aide aux franchisés. Son rôle principal est d’aider les utilisateurs à résoudre les problèmes techniques avec les produits ou services. Le spécialiste de soutien travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, apportant son soutien et son expertise aux franchisés selon les besoins.

Responsabilités
Réinspection des véhicules pour les demandes de garanties, inspection du contrôle de la qualité et suivi des meilleures pratiques. Effectuer des révisions de devis et apporter des recommandations pour atteindre les standards des assureurs et fournir un coaching sur les systèmes de devis. Documenter les interactions avec les clients: Les spécialistes de soutien doivent documenter toutes les interactions avec les clients, y compris la nature du problème, la solution apportée et tout suivi nécessaire dans le système de gestion des franchises. Collaborer avec le gestionnaire de secteur et d’autres équipes pour faire remonter les problèmes et fournir une rétroaction afin d’améliorer le rendement. Coaching et formation sur : les lignes directrices en matière d’assurance; le système d’estimation; l’utilisation de l’APU pour DGIG, TD et autres; l’utilisation du programme de pièces Analyser les causes profondes des dysfonctionnements opérationnels et proposer des solutions en temps opportun Soutenir les franchisés dans leurs diverses demandes reliées à l’ateliers, à de l’informations, à une assistance immédiate et au soutien. Rediriger les demandes vers la personne appropriée. Soutenir l’atelier sur les dossiers de clôture (ex : demande de paiement, finales, etc.) Couverture pour les catastrophes (grêle AB-Ont-QC, inondations BC, tornade QC)
Exigences
Diplôme d’études collégiales ou baccalauréat Permis de conduire canadien valide et excellent dossier de conduite Capacité à voyager beaucoup dans la région couverte et parfois ailleurs au Canada, au besoin Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel et Powerpoint) Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie Expérience en évaluation de dommages Compétences en gestion de la production Solides compétences en communication
