Technical Support Specialist

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die wil uitblinken in een internationale werkomgeving door een uitstekende ervaring te bieden aan bioscoopklanten.
Als onderdeel van het Operations-team kan de Technical Support Specialist de volgende taken uitvoeren:
Ondersteun onze bioscoopklanten en partners via de Servicedesk en kom professioneel over via telefoon en/of e-mail. Los problemen op afstand of telefonisch op voor klanten, technici en partners. Onderzoek geregistreerde gevallen en los problemen op volgens de afspraken. Beoordeel en reageer op klantvragen via ons CRM-systeem. Bestel onderdelen om problemen met het systeem op te lossen. Werk samen met je supervisor en teamleden om moeilijke problemen op te lossen. Escaleer problemen indien nodig om ervoor te zorgen dat klantproblemen snel worden opgelost. Houd de configuratie van klanten in de gaten om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen.Jouw profiel

Vloeiend Engels spreekt en schrijft. Kennis van een andere Europese taal is een pluspunt. Klantgericht bent en de behoeften van klanten vooropstelt. Goed kunt samenwerken in een team. Graag met klanten praat. Goed kunt omgaan met veranderingen en door blijft gaan in een veranderende omgeving. Nauwkeurig werkt en aandacht voor detail hebt. Flexibel beschikbaar bent, bijvoorbeeld om op feestdagen te werken.Jouw ervaring
Als je deze ervaring hebt, willen we graag met je praten:
Je hebt 1-3 jaar ervaring in een technische ondersteuningsrol. Je bent bekend met Microsoft Office. Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt met: Het oplossen van elektronische problemen. Videoapparatuur zoals projectoren. Netwerkconfiguratie. Salesforce CRM-oplossingen. Het installeren en/of repareren van bioscoop- of AV-apparatuur en/of het bieden van technische ondersteuning. Technische certificeringen voor bioscoopapparatuur, AV-projectie en netwerken. Kennis van analoge en digitale theorie met betrekking tot projectoren.-
