As our Parts Supervisor you play an integral role in the success of the Company. Duties include determining parts requirements with dealers, selling parts, expediting, providing order processing services, and inventory planning. You will also assist with NAEPD work orders as required. This role will be involved with procuring and purchasing AMP from overseas suppliers.

What’s in it for you……

We’re a growing business in an exciting industry, and we take pride in being a large organization with the feel and support structure of a small business. This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes a generous incentive plan, full health and dental benefits, plus a company sponsored RRSP plan. You’re going to have an amazing feeling of fulfilment when your efforts drive us to become each customer’s first choice for equipment, parts, and service.

Success looks like this ……

•“ Service First ”. It’s our company slogan and you are driven to support external and internal customers with exceptional solutions. You’ll recognize that our customers’ livelihoods depend on the service they receive from your team.

Character . Leading by example, you are self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic. You lead from a position of servitude and integrity is the cornerstone of your thoughts and actions. You are a solution-driven team player who has a willingness to participate and advocate for change.

Leader . You take great satisfaction in leading, coaching and developing personnel. You can eliminate conflict in your environment and have the skill to build a team with quality people in the right seat on the bus

Critical Thinking . You cut to the chase by collecting and examining information and make confident, objective decisions based on what is relevant to customer and employee issues.

Entrepreneurial Spirit . You’ll rely on creativity, industry knowledge and the ability to forge relationships to grow the business. You have the energy and drive to pursue opportunities, and the resilience to turn “no” into a challenge.

Communicator . Concise communication with your employees, customers and other company representatives is critical. You convey expectations and feedback with your team to provide direction and encouragement, and you are abreast of what is happening in your market.

Experience and Knowledge . You have recent successful experience of 3+ years with managing a team, and you are comfortable with managing a team that is geographically diverse. You have strong parts equipment knowledge, and a background in construction equipment. Experience with parts distribution is required. You have a successful track record with warehouse planning and organizing for large inventory volumes.

Planning . You can gather and evaluate market and sales information to forecast and plan for future volumes, staffing and capital expenditures, and you can monitor and control these costs by effective management.

Computer Literate . You’re going to need strong computer skills to be proficient with our software, and you’ll need to be very comfortable with Microsoft products so that you can maintain and create meaningful, informative, and timely business reports.

Flexible . Growth of NAEPD will depend on your ability to source goods and supplies and develop sales and distribution relationships. You will have a valid passport and can expect one to two international trips each year, and additional occasional travel through North America.
