Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner with Vehicle

(Spanish language skills an asset)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash and window cleaning.

2. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when reordering is necessary.

3. Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals.

4. Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while interacting with staff and clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning.

2. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.

3. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is an asset, as some staff members may primarily speak Spanish.

4. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize tasks.

5. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

6. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required.

7. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.

8. Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.

9. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

10. Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
