Position Overview

As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our stock and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your leadership will help foster a positive environment where teamwork thrives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure that customer requirements are met with a friendly, efficient, and accurate service from the store team.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Business Development: Identify new clientele and revenue streams to enhance store performance.
  • Merchandising: Oversee the effective presentation of products and displays to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on store initiatives and performance.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
