We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s brand, services, and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating campaigns, creating content, managing events, and working with internal teams to enhance visibility in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Branding

·         Coordinate marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and social media efforts.

·         Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, including website, social media, and promotional materials.

·         Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and external vendors to develop marketing assets.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

·         Write and edit engaging content for brochures, websites, newsletters, and press releases.

·         Manage social media accounts, post regular updates, and monitor engagement metrics.

·         Collect and share project highlights, photos, and testimonials to promote the company’s achievements.

Event Coordination

·         Assist in organizing trade shows, conferences, career fairs, and client events.

·         Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, vendor communication, and promotional material preparation.

·         Track event outcomes and provide post-event reports.

·         Maintain the master list of external events relevant to Valard’s desired presence.

Market Research & Analytics

·         Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client preferences.

·         Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).

·         Recommend improvements for future campaigns based on performance metrics.

Client Relationship & Proposal Support

·         Assist in the preparation of project proposals and Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions.

·         Develop marketing collateral to support business development initiatives.

·         Support the Valard team with materials for client presentations and meetings.

Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination

·         Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of initiatives.

·         Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations, Business Development) to align messaging.

·         Maintain an organized library of marketing materials, project photos, and branded templates.

Skills / Knowledge:

·         Familiarity with construction terminology and project lifecycle.

·         Experience in event planning and trade show coordination.

·         Knowledge of CRM systems and proposal management software.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or HubSpot.

·         Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

·         Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).

·         Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

·         Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
