Stay abreast of developments in AI ethics, safety standards, and regulatory changes, and adjust governance policies accordingly. Evaluate AI projects for potential societal, ethical, and technological impacts, ensuring risks are proactively identified and mitigated. Conduct routine audits of AI models to detect and rectify biases, ensuring alignment with fairness standards. Curate and deliver training sessions and materials to promote understanding and adherence to responsible AI principles among internal teams. Advocate for AI model interpretability, ensuring decisions made by such models, especially in sensitive domains, are explainable to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed responsible AI principles into daily processes, ensuring alignment between technical and ethical considerations. Collaborate with AI development teams to incorporate safety and ethical considerations into the AI lifecycle, from design to deployment and monitoring. Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders on AI safety and impact issues, including transparency reports and public communications. Set up channels for users and stakeholders to communicate concerns about AI outputs and lead the subsequent resolution processes. Align responsible AI initiatives with the company's wider mission, ensuring that ethical AI practices bolster the organization's objectives and reputation.

What you bring
