We are currently seeking a strong candidate to join our team in Saint John, NB as an Inside Sales Representative

What you will bring : 

The successful candidate will ideally bring customer service or sales experience in a related industry, with a main focus on Plumbing/HVAC, proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, strong self-motivation, outgoing personality, results-driven attitude, and above-average attention to detail are essential. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering cutting-edge customer service. Knowledge of industrial & safety products will be viewed as an asset, as will having post-secondary education in a related field.

What you’ll do :

Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email Providing coverage in the store front as required
