Division info:

The Aerostructure Market of Héroux-Devtek focuses on a complete line of precision machined structural components and assemblies, from simple aluminum parts to large monolithic five-axis complex components.

Summary of position:

This on-site position performs production control functions including:
•manufacturing planning to meet customer requirements.
•scheduling and speeding up products through the manufacturing process.
•managing inventories to sufficient levels
•coordinating with all support activities (purchasing, external supplies, physical inventories, reporting)
•support goal of % on-time delivery performance

Salary Range: $,-$, per year

Main responsibilities:

•Use Master Production Scheduling techniques to plan, schedule and coordinate production of all details, sub-assemblies and finished goods
•Coordinate with department managers and monitor production against schedules
•Attend daily production meetings and communicate schedule changes to appropriate parties
•Prepare shop load reports and collect information regarding production delays
•Report and account for weekly KPIs and weekly chart updates
•Lead scheduling conversations at production DMS (Daily Management System) meetings
•Adhere to all company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements
•Any other duties as assigned

**This job position requires a Controlled Goods Program background check**

Work Experience and Education Requirements

Must Have
•Minimum Grade / high school completion

•Working knowledge of MRP software

Nice to have
•Experience using BaaN
