We are looking for a Front Counter Representative tostriveto createa welcoming environment for our customers, responding to inquiries. Do you have experience in providing service quotes, processing sales transactions being a product and service expert and more?

Day to Day responsibility

Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences. Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes. Answer incoming calls while handling customers inquiries, concerns, or questions. Proven ability in an inside sale and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner. Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotations. Efficient and detail orientated data entry skillsare required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.

Qualifications and Success

You are interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment. You have exceptional customer service skills. You have 2 years’ experience in customer service, counter or inside sales role. (preferred)You have a demonstrated understanding of the automotive/ related industryan aptitude for learning product knowledge. Familiarity with consumer behaviourprinciples. Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills. You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30-50 lb tires around as needed. You are always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
