Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll
Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics for decision-making
Oversee the year-end audit process and act as the primary liaison with external auditors
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Qualifications
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Bachelors degree in accounting or commerce
CPA ( an asset )
Must be bilingual ( English and French)
Experience in working with an ERP
