Reporting to Manager, Finance & Reporting, the Financial Analyst will work with other Financial Analysts on various projects, monthly and daily activities while ensuring on-time delivery.

**What you'd be doing**:
As Brother’s new Financial Analyst, you’d be encouraging commitment to building and continually enhancing each customer contact and experience while upholding the guiding principles of our Global Charter and aligning with Total Customer Satisfaction standards.

**Some tasks include**:

- Perform month end activities.
- Analyze monthly variances between actuals and forecast with business units assigned,
- Identify any risk or opportunity resulting from above and provide recommendations to the Business
- Develop Rapport to be the “go to” person for the assigned Business Units
- Perform Fixed assets analysis (ROUA & Amortization schedule)
- Perform balance sheet and general ledger accounts reconciliation.
- Perform balance sheet variance analysis.
- Prepare periodic reports for management as requested.
- Assist in Budget process.
- Participate in special projects (Strategic initiatives, Kaizen -“Pull the Chain” sessions).
- Assist in audit (year-end external audit, internal audit, JSOX audit).
- Support GAAP and IFRS rules and ensure compliance of internal controls.
- Any other work, duties, projects or adhoc requests as assigned.

**What we look for**:

- 3- 5 years’ experience in accounting with a CPA designation
- Advanced level of expertise in Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX, S4 Hana SAP & SAP Analytics cloud
- English and French, both verbal and written
- Experience in Financial analysis and audit

- Excellent problem-solving skills and are detail oriented
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks, set priorities and work at the leadership level of an organization
- Ability to organize tasks to accommodate conflicting priorities
- Proficiency in assisting external audit and preparing periodic reports for management
- Strong business partnering skilll
