The Role

This position is responsible forproviding overall direction of assigned projects and responsibility for theoverall project performance including costs, schedule and quality assurance.This position involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners,engineers, and sub-trades, and management of the technical and financial aspectsof the contract. You will be the front-line CANA contact with consultants andthe Owner and will be responsible for promoting and projecting the CANA imageof efficiency, quality, and technical competence and fair management of tradesand suppliers.

What You Bring :

· Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering or Construction Management or Diploma in ArchitecturalTechnology. (Equivalencies will be considered)

· 5+years of progressive experience in the construction industry as a Sr. ProjectCoordinator or Project Manager with progressive responsibility in the size andscope of projects.

· Strongverbal and written communication skills

· Excellentdocumentation and organizational skills

· Strongcomputer skills
