Family and parent involvement is an essential aspect of the care.

In addition to child psychiatrists, the ACC team includes child and family therapists, childcare counsellors, and a speech and language pathologist. The psychiatrists carry their own therapeutic caseload and provide parent-child (family) therapy, case management tasks, maintain client notes in a database, and provide psychiatric assessment and consultation for diagnostic clarification and medication management.
