As a Barista Market Developer (BMD)you will be instrumental in establishing Oatly Barista Edition asthe leading dairyfree alternative in Torontos coffee channel. Yourprimary responsibilities include leveraging your indepth knowledgeof coffee shops in the area to cultivate strong relationships drivebrand awareness and promote trial experiences for Oatly. Utilizingyour network of influential individuals youll advocate for Oatlyembodying our brand values with enthusiasm and comprehensiveproduct knowledge.

The role reports to theBarista Team Lead for North America is based in Toronto andrequires fluent English communicationskills.

  • Execute thedevelopment strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the cityscene injecting your personal Insights andcreativity
  • Cultivate robust relationshipswithin Torontos diverse coffee community encompassing baristas cafowners and other relevant stakeholders winning them through yourunique personality outstanding knowledge and strongcredibility
  • Champion Oatlys prominence byactively cultivating strategic partnerships with influentialaccounts
  • Promote awareness of sustainabilitysimpact on the coffee industry
  • Curate andexecute engaging coffee events to foster community bonding whilespotlighting sustainability
  • Assist with theexecution of larger activations across Toronto and be an inspiringambassador for the brand (by beingyourself)

The salary for this role will be based ona variety of factors including but not limited to geographiclocation internal equity experience education specialty andtraining. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array offactors including but not limited to skill set level of experienceand specific location. Compensation may also include bonuscommission or equity as applicable. Our good faith estimate forbase salary is $80000 CAD.
