This role is part of our Personalized Creative team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalized, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behavior's, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Creative & Media you will be helping us build the future of our agency through effective talent acquisition strategies. You are dynamic and flexible as you will need to create a balance between the social and technical components of your role. You are strategic, as well as executional, and understand that this role is equal parts project management, relationship building, and actively recruiting.
What will your day be like?
Acts as a strategic member of the DEPT® team representing recruitment and P&C to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the sustainability of its recruitment and onboarding programsDevelop a deep understanding of our organizations’ skills, goals, and interests to help identify gaps and opportunities for growthWork with stakeholders and P&C in defining the critical hiring needs to attract a diverse set of candidates for their team(s)Recommend and drive improvements to ensure the team is at the cutting edge of your domain expertise (Creative & Media)Manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment and remain organized and strategic under tight deadlinesOwn all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing talent, advising hiring managers, job posting, screening calls, and offer negotiationEstablish trust and perception of consistently bringing expertise and an educated, business-focused point of view to the tableBuild the proactive recruitment pipeline by reaching out and maintaining contact with talent at other organizations who have the potential to make good additions to the team now or in the future. This may be achieved through direct contact, social media, such as LinkedIn, and other identified sourcesBuild and maintain a large network of freelance contacts to support our short-term hiring needsCreate an organized and efficient sourcing and vetting process with the hiring teams Leading a team of sourcer(s)Who You Are
Impressive candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidatesUnderstand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities in an agency settingIndustry knowledge in the Creative & Media recruiting space with ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, open source communities, etc. Strong project management skillsCan navigate ambiguity when priorities change by remaining focused, productive, and seeking guidance on how to respondPossesses a strong professional "brand" within the team that elevates one's ability to create valueConsistently ensures that work proposed / being done is maximizing the recruiting process and/or candidate experiencePrior experience sourcing and recruiting in the creative & media industries, with a heavy focus on agency and contractor hiringMinimum 3-5 years in a recruitment or staffing role focused on designers, copywriters, account managers, etc. with a large network of contacts2+ years of experience in an agency setting is a plusExperience with managing or mentoring a team is a plusWE OFFER:
