Duties and Responsibilities:

Post Payments and Returns accurately on customer accounts.Investigate and resolve customers’ missing or misapplied payments.Complete Credit balance transfers on customer accounts as a result of an overpayment.Complete Incoming Mail for customer cheque paymentsOther duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Business or vocational knowledge learned through Community College – 1 Year Program or working towards a University DegreeSolid understanding of accounting procedures (or related customer service) experienceHigh Organization and communication (written and verbal) skillsWell organized, detail orientated, excellent research, analytical and time management skillsDetail and process oriented with commitment to superior accuracy.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Windows, Adobe ProductsPeopleSoft, Maestro/Appian, SAP, Salesforce internal system knowledge an assetTeam player with ability to work independentlySelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
