If you’re ready to lead high-impact initiatives and collaborate with a team that’s always cooking up something new, this is the perfect opportunity for you

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supply Chain Transformation Delivery

  • McCain is investing heavily in streamlining and enhancing our distribution network to better serve our customers. In this role, you’ll lead the charge by coordinating internal teams (plant operations, engineering, supply chain) and external partners (3PLs, MHE providers, general contractors) to ensure the successful, SAFE, on-time, and on-budget opening of multiple new warehouses.

This includes orchestrating cost-benefit analysis, defining resource requirements, and projecting ROI to secure stakeholder approval and guide strategic decision-making.
  • The ability to listen to input and feedback from stakeholders, while managing scope creep and filtering out non-relevant information.

3. Project Execution

  • For assigned projects, create and maintain project plans and schedules, coordinating Supply Chain activities to track timelines, milestones, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and hold others accountable to maintain project scope and timelines. (including internal teams and 3rd party partners)
  • Conduct Project Post-Mortem/Lesson Learned assessments and develop process improvements for future projects.

4. Living Our “Leadership Principles” at McCain

  • “We Bring out the best in our People” – Provide specific feedback and coaching to team members and project analysts to help develop their understanding and usage of Project Management best practices and tools.
  • “We Act Like Owners” – Proactively break down silos between teams through communication, feedback and setting clear expectations and accountability; sets KPI’s and goals that unify cross functional project teams.
  • “We are Customer Obsessed” – Challenges project teams to consider how changes in work (processes, policies, systems, etc.) will impact our customers.
  • “We Think Big and Plan Ahead” – Pushes Self and others to stretch outside of their comfort zone; asks “how can we think bigger?”

Qualifications:

  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar certification.
  • Experience: Over 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40%.

  • System Knowledge and Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of SAP IBP/APO, E2Open TMS (formerly BluJay), WMS systems and Power BI.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient: Works quickly while maintaining accuracy, with a results-driven mindset that includes the ability to analyze information and make decisive choices.
  • Strong communicator: Proficient in both verbal and written communication, effectively engaging with all organizational levels while maintaining professionalism and fostering strong relationships with internal customers and external vendors.
